Qualification for Application
Immigrant Background Youth/Worker Stay in Korea for more than 1 year (Ages 18 to 39 – Born between August 1, 1983 and July 31, 2005)
Children of multicultural families (with one or both parents being foreign nationals)
Young mid-term immigrants with foreign nationals
Anyone else holding a foreign nationality
