Article 1 (Collection, use and outsourcing of personal information)

1. Migration to Asia Peace ("MAP") collects only the minimum personal information needed to provide its services.
(1) Managing donations
Receiving donations, issuing donation receipts, reporting on how donations are used
(2) Membership and member management
Identity verification, confirming intent to join or leave, member notices
(3) Services
Newsletter content, programme information

2. MAP collects the following personal information.
(1) Items collected
Name, address, mobile phone number, email, bank account for withdrawal, account holder's name, account holder's date of birth (CMS withdrawal information), the supporting member's resident registration number (for issuing donation receipts), scheduled withdrawal date
(2) How it is collected
Membership website, membership form, phone consultation, email consultation

3. To process donations, carry out supporting members' rights and keep the service stable, MAP outsources the following work to specialised companies.
(1) Approval and settlement of donation payments
– Recipient of personal information: Hanbit Nuri Foundation (한빛누리)
– Purpose: automatic withdrawal (CMS) service, issuing donation receipts
– Period: while membership fees are paid
(2) Member services
– Recipient of personal information: Ncom Communication (앤컴 커뮤니케이션)
– Purpose: donation payment information, running the web programme and managing the donor database
– Period: while membership fees are paid

4. Personal information collected is protected under the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 2 (Payment of regular donations)

1. The payment arrangement is set up when the member enters their membership details following MAP's procedure and MAP approves them.
2. Payment is made by CMS automatic transfer or by regular transfer by the member.

Article 3 (Benefits for regular supporting members)

Benefits for regular supporting members are announced on the MAP website and blog and in member notices.
