[No. 24-28 RISE#10]
KIIP is a free education program developed to help immigrants learn essential knowledge and information about life in Korea, such as the Korean language, culture, and society, so that they can integrate into and become self-reliant members of Korean society.
✅The semester period for 2024 is:
2 January ~ 12 May
13 May ~ 18 August
19 August ~ 15 December
However, the starting and course application dates vary depending on the operating institution. So, it is essential to check the exact schedule of the institution where you plan to take KIIP classes.
✅For detailed program schedules, you can log in to the KIIP website (www.socinet.go.kr) and access ‘Notices’ > ‘Office Notices’. The administrative immigration center will announce the schedules for each institution in their jurisdiction.
