Migration to Asia Peace (MAP) and Good Samaritan’s House established the Good Samaritan Scholarship in 2022 to support refugee youth in pursuing higher education and vocational training. Please check the details below for the application procedure.

Eligibility Criteria
Vocational training : (example) baking, computer skills, Korean language for occupational purposes, etc.
-Applicant should be between 14 and 39 years old.
-Intermediate or higher level of Korean language skills reguired

◾️ Individual Interview : April 7, 2025
Final Selection : April 14, 2025

- Mandatory Activities for the Recipients:
◾️ Award Ceremony on April 21, 2025
◾️One time volunteer activity
◾️ CV and resume feedback session
◾️ Interview Workshop
- What the Scholarship Offers
◾️Financial Support: Up to 2.5 million KRW for 3 months
◾️Personalized Coaching Support: Information about interested vocational training programs and other resources and programs for refugee youth, Korean language learning guide webinars, and development of individualized work plans for the scholarship
◾️ Professional Development: Resume and cover letter workshop, career planning and counseling
◾️ Shelter and MHPSS support if needed
◾️ Networking with other Scholarship recipients
