[Dialogue with Refugees_HIMUNxMAP, “Agenda Lecture and Refugee Interviews,” a record of that day]
On 29 May 2024, the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Model United Nations (HIMUN) and Dialogue with Refugees (DR) met to prepare for the Model UN to be held in August👼
After a short lecture that included agenda items from the fields in which MAP works, such as access to information for refugees, language education, social integration, mental health and child protection, we held refugee interviews where refugees and students could meet together🌟
In the lecture, the activists in charge of each of MAP’s projects spoke in person, and it was a meaningful opportunity to share the current situation of refugees in the Republic of Korea. If you are curious about how the interviews went, please see the card news (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
We will return with even better events in the future💙
