Dialogue with Refugees: Guil Middle School, Seoul (29 April 2025)

On 29 April we held a session with students of Guil Middle School in Seoul. Speaker Jean Baptiste talked about the history and current situation of his home country, Haiti, the background of leaving his home country, and his life and hopes as a refugee. In particular, the student participants asked many questions about the lives of young people their age in Haiti, and the conversation became a time to think about, and take an interest in, the lives of people in circumstances different from their own.
