Notice of the 2024 Migration to Asia Peace (MAP) Regular General Meeting
Dear MAP members,
MAP’s activities, which began in 2015, reach their tenth year this year. To look back on MAP’s work last year and plan its future direction, we will hold the “2024 Migration to Asia Peace Regular General Meeting” as follows.
The Regular General Meeting is MAP’s highest decision-making body, where members offer suggestions on MAP’s direction and take part in approving the activity report and plan, electing officers, and voting on other agenda items.
At this meeting, we will elect all officers, launch an advisory group, approve the 2023 activity, accounting and audit reports and the 2024 activity plan and budget, and take up other proposed agenda items. In addition, members will hold a free discussion on the <2024-2027 Vision>.

This is MAP’s long-awaited first general meeting. Members, please set aside the date in advance so that you can attend.
