For World Refugee Day 2017, MAP held the photo exhibition “Songs of the Border Children” at Gallery Godo in Jongno-gu, Seoul, from June 20 to 26, and on June 25 hosted a forum at the exhibition hall on the education of Karen refugee children.
The exhibition displayed 26 photographs of Karen refugee children taken on the border between Myanmar and Thailand by the young photographer Yujin Jang, who accompanied MAP on a field visit for its project supporting village communities of returning refugees.
